Andrea Neswiacheny grew up in the world of athletics. She followed her twin brother in all sports possible. In high school Andrea competed in states in both Track and Field and Softball. She received the All-American award in basketball, outstanding offense award in softball, and won her High School Scholar Athlete of the year award.
Andrea was fortunate enough to continue her softball career to the collegiate level at the University of Central Florida. While playing she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sports and Exercise Science. She continued her education by receiving her Master’s Degree in Kinesiology.
Since finishing school, Andrea has become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning coach. She has coached both boot camps and personal training. She has taught both team and individual strength and conditioning programs.
Andrea is especially interested in softball and basketball specific athletes. Her passion for sports and the team environment has led her to be our Strength Coach at Sports Life Training.
