This is a monthly program offered in coordination with the Pinellas County Public school system calendar. This program is a terrific alternative to gym class. The focus for the class is enhancing overall athleticism, motor skills, footwork, agility and an introduction to weight training (age specified). Team building and social interaction will also be implemented into the training regiment, as well as sport specific play and speed training. The sports available on a weekly basis are basketball, football, soccer, dodgeball, and volleyball.
