Sports Life Training warrior

Ages 13-College

Sports Life Warrior classes are geared towards the development and growth of the complete athlete by increasing one’s overall sports performance. The primary focus of the Warrior class is to build BIGGER, FASTER, STRONGER athletes by introducing strength training, improving coordination, the implementation of speed work, agility training, understanding how to be explosive, and proper running technique. The programs are tailored towards the athlete’s goals and sport-specific needs. Warrior classes can be combined with private athletic training as well as strength and power programs which are prescribed based upon the athlete’s chosen sport and performance goals within the sport.
