Sports Life SPEAR program is an effective sports training program that emphasizes Speed, Power, Explosiveness, Agility, and Raw strength. This adult program is a terrific alternative to Cross-Fit. SPEAR is geared towards gains in the Big Five: Bench, Squat, Deadlift, Overhead Press and Pullups, but also includes power and dynamic movements with proper technique. The program is built to increase gains in 2 of the Big 5 every 8 weeks. It encompasses total body strength and conditioning by fine tuning form and increasing weight once you hit your maximum weight lift goal for all sets. SPEAR class can be a continued progression by focusing on either fat loss or muscle and strength gain.
