Sports Life Junior Warrior classes are aimed towards the basic movements of youth athletes, structured within a fun atmosphere. The primary focus is improving general coordination, gross motor skill development, basic agility, proper running form, and team building. All great athletes have two things: Rhythm and Balance. This class enhances both through the emphasis on perfect footwork. Junior Warrior sports training classes do not focus on a specific sport but instead provide overall athletic training for young athletes. Most young athletes combine the Junior Warrior youth fitness program with their sport discipline whether it be baseball/softball, football, basketball, LAX, or soccer instruction. Junior Warrior combined with private sports lessons gives youth athletes a jump start on their sports performance.
